Job summary

Loyalhanna Care Center seeks compassionate LPNs to join our nursing team in Latrobe, PA. We offer 12-hour shifts, day and night options, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and facility policies.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.
