Job summary

Loyalhanna Care Center in Latrobe, PA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our nursing team on 12-hour shifts. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with competitive pay based on experience and a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid bi-weekly.

Enjoy shift differentials: $3.00/hour for 2:00 PM–10:00 PM; $2.00/hour for night shifts; and an additional $2.00/hour weekend incentive. Comprehensive health benefits and PTO are included.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing care.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment.

• Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants
