Job summary

Sunrise Community of Tennessee, Inc. in Greeneville, TN, is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse to provide medical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, sustaining their health and wellbeing.

You will perform routine tasks such as monitoring vitals, assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with Direct Support Professionals to meet each person’s needs.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.
• Valid driver's license with endorsements.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with individuals with ID/DD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing basic healthcare per individual plans.
• Perform delegated tasks like blood pressure monitoring and weight checks.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulations.
• Organize supplies and restock inventory.
• Collaborate with Direct Support Professionals to meet needs.
• Report changes in medical/behavioral status to supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
