Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status.
• Current and valid license for Practical Nurse; experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic healthcare services according to the individual's plan to ensure optimal health and wellbeing.
• Performs delegated tasks such as blood pressure monitoring and weight measurements.
• Ensures documentation is accurate and complete according to regulations.
• Organizes and restocks supplies and equipment.
• Collaborates with Direct Support Professionals to meet individuals' needs.
• Communicates changes in medical or behavioral status to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Purpose:

To provide medical services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enable them to maintain optimal health and wellbeing.

Qualifications:

• Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
• Must possess a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved driver status
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Must possess current and valid license for Practical Nurse Experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred

Essential Functions:

• Assists in providing basic healthcare services according to the individual's plan ensuring each individual's optimal health and wellbeing
• Performs tasks as delegated, such as blood pressure monitoring, weights, and other assigned tasks
• Ensures all documentation is accurate and complete according to regulations
• Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of supplies and equipment, ensuring restocking of inventory
• Collaborates with Direct Support Professionals to ensure that the needs of the individuals are being met
• Communicates immediately any changes in medical or behavioral status to supervisor
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Hourly: $32.00 SR84A5 This position will remain open until filled.
