Job summary

Juniper Gardens Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Carolina to provide bedside care, medication administration, and ongoing resident assessment. The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate documentation, and teamwork within a supportive facility.

Your responsibilities include vital signs, wound care, injections, and assisting staff to maintain high-quality resident comfort and safety. ADN preferred; NC LPN license required; CPR/First Aid current.

Qualifications

• Willingness to make a difference.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
• Current LPN license in NC.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to residents and document progress.
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic effects.
• Take vital signs (temp, BP, pulse, respiration).
• Assist with resident comfort and mobility.
• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas as prescribed.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
• Provide wound care and assist with staff coaching as needed.
