Job summary

Hilltop Health and Rehab in Rutherfordton, NC, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for night shift. Daily Pay Available and a Sign On Bonus of $3,000.

You will provide bedside care, administer medications, take vitals, assist with resident comfort, prepare injections/enemas, collect samples, monitor catheters and provide wound care, while coaching other staff. Must hold an NC LPN/RN license and have up-to-date CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/RN license in NC.
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
• Exceptional staff training and customer service skills.
• Compassionate and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care.
• Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
• Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration).
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
• Provide wound care.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Shift details:

• 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, 11pm-7am available

What you will do:
