Job summary

Juniper Village at the Spearly Center in Denver, Colorado is hiring LPNs for full-time 6 pm–6 am (Fri–Sun) and part-time 6 pm–11 pm positions. Starting pay is $36.00 per hour, with higher rates for experienced nurses.

DailyPay is available, and a sign-on bonus applies to hires before 9/30/2026. This 130-bed skilled nursing facility focuses on behavioral and mental health, delivering a home-like environment and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• LPN license required and active.
• BLS certification required.
• Familiarity with hospital health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Observe patients/residents under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications, etc.
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Provide assistance as necessary with activities of daily living
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, wound care, and other basic medical care tasks
• Collect lab samples
• Communicate with other members of the team, residents, families and medical professionals
• Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
