Job summary

Pine Acres Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in North Carolina is looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. This full-time role supports residents with consistent, high-quality nursing care and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
• Strong clinical observation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced long-term care environment.

• Provide direct nursing care under RN supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the RN.
• Perform routine tasks: vital signs, wound care, catheter care, specimen collection.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Support individualized care plans with the care team.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity and well‑being.

Pine Acres Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and clinical leadership

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with facility policies

• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes to the RN

• Perform routine clinical duties including vital signs, wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection

• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed

• Reinforce resident and family education as directed by the RN

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation

• Support individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being

What We’re Looking For
