Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. You will provide direct nursing care in long-term care settings and help administer medications and IVs as prescribed.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and night shifts. New grads are welcome, with flexible schedules, ongoing training, and comprehensive benefits to support patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in state of practice (New York).
• New grads encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
