Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with day, evening, night, and weekend options.

Responsibilities include delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, updating care plans, recording vital signs, and guiding other staff. Active NY LPN license required; new grads welcome; familiarity with EHR/digital charting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in NY.

• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
