Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings in New Jersey. The role supports medication administration, IVs, and individualized care plans while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.

- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
