Job summary
Quality Talent Group seeks an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New Jersey. This on-site role offers day, evening, night shifts and flexible schedules, including part-time and PRN options.
Qualified candidates are licensed in the state, with strong medication administration, documentation and patient-care skills. New grads are welcome and daily pay is available along with comprehensive benefits and uniforms.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
