Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide bedside nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The role includes administering medications, documenting care, and following individualized care plans under supervision.
Available shifts include Day, Evening, and Night with full-time, part-time, and PRN options. New grads are welcome, with benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance and daily pay options.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- Recent grads are welcome to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
