Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Administer medications and IVs as prescribed, implement and evaluate individualized care plans, and record vital signs. - Skill in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
