Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN, LVN) to care for residents at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center.

About the Department

The nursing team at Colonial Springs Healthcare Center takes pride in providing exceptional care to residents, families, and each other. Our team works collaboratively to deliver compassionate care and strives to make a positive difference daily.

Each LPN on duty receives support from management, fellow LPNs and RNs, as well as CNAs and RMTs, to care for our residents. We operate a 134-bed facility with two memory care units and are eager to welcome new team members.

Position Details

You may choose from available shifts and will work closely with the Director of Nursing to find the best schedule for both you and the team. The position is rotating and PRN.

Job Requirements

• Education: Associates degree
• Preferred Skills: LTC experience
• License: LPN or LVN
