Job summary

CareCore at Willowood is seeking an LPN to join our award-winning team in Ohio. You will complete resident assessments, develop and implement care plans, and help uphold state and federal care standards while delivering compassionate nursing care.

We offer full-time and part-time night shifts (6:00pm-6:00am) with benefits and growth opportunities. A valid Ohio LPN license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Ohio (required).
Reliable transportation.
Night shift availability: 6:00pm-6:00am.

Responsibilities

Complete resident assessments and ensure compliance with state/federal care standards
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Support and train on Resident Rights, Infection Control, and Pharmacy processes
Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care
