Quality Talent Group's client, a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in New York, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a team focused on recovery and personalized care.

You will provide daily resident care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team to update plans. A sign-on bonus and health benefits support your transition.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in good standing in New York.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaboratively with staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.

• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.
