Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Hudson, NY. The role offers a competitive pay range and a sign-on bonus with good health benefits upon hire.

The LPN will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team to update plans while supporting ill, injured, and elderly residents in a respectful, home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an LPN license in good standing in New York.
• Experience in nursing care for residents preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a collaborative care environment.
• COVID-19 vaccination encouraged (not mandated).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.
• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for effects.
• Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.
