Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking an LPN to deliver hands-on care at St. Clair County Jail in Belleville, IL, with day, evening, and night shift options.

You will administer medications, monitor vitals, assist with activities of daily living, wound care, and participate in care planning under RNs and providers. Active LPN license, 1–2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred), and CPR certification are required.

• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Support documentation and care planning.
• Promote hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

PAY RATE: $30.00/hr. to $34.00/hr.

* Plus $3.50/hour shift differential for evening & night shifts

Position Summary

As an LPN at our facility, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
• Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
• Providing wound care and changing dressings
• Supporting documentation and care planning
• Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients
• Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team

What You’ll Need
