Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking an LPN to provide hands-on nursing care at South Central Regional Jail in Charleston, WV. You will work under RNs and physicians to deliver timely care, administer meds, monitor patients, and support a multidisciplinary team.

The role offers full-time, part-time, or per diem options with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for full-time LPNs. We value compassion, strong clinical skills, and the ability to deliver quality care in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• 1–2 years nursing experience; correctional setting preferred.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills in high‑pressure settings.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities
