Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for North Central Regional Jail in Greenwood, WV. You will deliver hands-on nursing care under RNs, administer medications, take vital signs, perform wound care, and support care planning in a secure setting.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• 1-2 years nursing experience; correctional experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered.

Position Summary

As an LPN at our facility, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:
