Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse at Saint Marys Correctional Center in St. Marys, WV.

The role offers multiple shifts with premium differential, including weekend and part-time options. Pay rate is $35/hour with comprehensive benefits and a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will administer meds, monitor patient conditions, perform wound care, and assist with daily living activities under RNs and providers.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assist with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions.
• Take vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Provide wound care and change dressings.
• Support documentation and care planning.
• Promote hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients.
• Serve as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM + every other weekend
• 7:30 PM – 8:00AM + every other weekend
• Weekend only (Premium differential offered!!)
• Part time / 1 shift per week(Premium differential offered!!)

Position Summary
As an LPN at our facility, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
• Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
• Providing wound care and changing dressings
• Supporting documentation and care planning
• Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients

What You’ll Need
