Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join Southern Regional Jail in Beaver, WV.

This full-time night shift 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, with some weekends, offers the chance to care for a vulnerable population under supervision of RNs and medical providers. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, provide wound care, and contribute to care planning in a multidisciplinary team while promoting safety and dignity for every

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred).
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
• A compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions.
