Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Southern Regional Jail in Beaver, WV. The role supports nurses and medical providers, administering medications and assisting with daily living activities in a high‑demand setting.

The LPN will take vital signs, provide wound care, participate in care planning, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, dignified care for justice-involved patients. Evening and some weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience; correctional experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification.
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high-pressure settings.
• Compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

POSITION: Licensed Practical Nurse

Schedule

• FULL TIME: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM + some weekends


• PART TIME: 7:00 PM - 7:30 am (Premium part time differential!)

FACILITY: Southern Regional Jail LOCATION: Beaver, WV

Position Summary

As an LPN at our facility, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:

What You'll Need
