Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Central Regional Jail in Sutton, WV. In this full-time or part-time role, you will deliver critical care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers.

As an LPN, your responsibilities will include administering medications, assisting with daily living activities, and providing wound care among other duties. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and continuing education options.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of nursing experience, correctional experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification required.
• Ability to adapt in high-pressure settings.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Need

• Active unrestricted LPN license and 1–2 years of nursing experience (correctional experience preferred)
• Active CPR certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills; adaptability in high‑pressure settings
