Haven of Arcola seeks Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and lead care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes across shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies.
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and provide clinical leadership during your shift.

New Rate: $38.00–$43.00 per hour

• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
