Haven of Arcola is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team in Arcola, IL. We offer Full-Time and Part-Time schedules with weekend availability and a new wage rate of $38.00–$43.00 per hour.

In this role you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and IV therapy, assess resident conditions, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Growth opportunities and supportive leadership await.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
