Qualifications

• Active Sheetmetal or HVAC license
• Proven background in managing complex HVAC/sheet metal installations
• Strong understanding of job costing, project netting, and budget management
• Ability to lead within a small team and maintain high morale

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Oversee large-scale HVAC and sheet metal projects from inception to final inspection.
• Team Leadership: Guide a small team of project managers to ensure seamless operations.
• Profitability & Efficiency: Manage budgets, labor, and materials to maximize net profit and trigger commissions.
• Quality Control: Ensure installations meet our high 35-year standard and comply with state/local codes.
