Job summary

Walmart is seeking an experienced Licensed Manager/Plumbing in Facilities Maintenance Operations to oversee preventive and predictive maintenance across a regional area. You will lead a team of technicians, ensure safe, efficient buildings, and collaborate with store managers and leadership to meet facility needs.

Qualifications

• General Facilities Services / Building Maintenance experience (3–5 years)
• Electrical, plumbing, and/or mechanical experience
• Leadership skills — motivate and develop others

• Root-cause analysis and problem solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region (approx. 50%) for facilities coverage
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs
• Interact with vendors and contractors as needed
• Handle reporting and analytics for facilities operations
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses and compliance
• Participate in training to stay current with regulatory requirements and codes
