• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PTA license in PA.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a PTA, preferably in home healthcare.

This role is currently for Per-Diem with potential to transition to part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based physical therapy to patients recovering mobility, strength, and functionality
• Collaborate with a home health team including RN, LPN, CNA, HHA, OT, PT, and SLP
• Assist patients with exercises and hands-on therapy
• Educate patients and families on care plans, exercises, and safety

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PTA license in PA
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a PTA, preferably in home healthcare
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of home health regulations
• Strong clinical judgment, interpersonal skills, dexterity, and compassion
