Job summary

You will provide physical therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, re‑evaluation, discharge planning, and documentation, across diverse patient settings and with a focus on patient‑centered care.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy; Virginia and/or DC/MD licensure as required for the location; and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Virginia licensure or DC/MD licensure as deemed necessary for the location.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Documents patient care activities and discharge planning.
