Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation services including review of historical information, assessments, and documentation of results.
• Demonstrates proficiency in treatment protocols based on evaluation and patient presentation; consults with other professionals as needed.
• Completes discharge planning and follow-up care with timely documentation of the patient’s care course.
• Manages an accurate schedule; maintains productivity while delivering empathetic, patient-centered care.
• Serves as a clinical instructor to assign students and assist with orientation and mentoring.
