Qualifications

• Licensed PT with competency as a general practitioner in physical therapy.
• Experience using varied evaluation and treatment approaches.
• Ability to interact with patients and families from diverse ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation services and document results with patient/family involvement.
• Implement treatment protocols and adjust plans based on progress.
• Complete discharge planning and maintain accurate documentation of care.
• Maintain scheduling productivity and provide patient access to care.
• Support continuing education and serve as a clinical instructor when needed.
