Qualifications

• Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Preferred Master's Degree.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Physical Therapist license in Michigan required upon hire.
• Driver's License required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient disabilities and create treatment plans.
• Provide education and modify treatments as needed.
• Document patient evaluations and treatments.
• Train staff and students on rehabilitation services.
• Participate in program development and patient satisfaction initiatives.
