Monadnock Care Solution Physical Therapy in Cape Coral, Florida, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time position onsite. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based interventions to improve mobility.

Join a team-focused practice with modern facilities and a 40-hour workweek, collaborating with therapists and staff to educate patients, document progress, and support recovery across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from CAPTE/APTA-accredited program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapy license or eligible to obtain one.
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients and team.
• Proficient electronic documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine interventions.
• Provide high-quality care aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Educate patients and caregivers on rehab processes and progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
• Monitor progress and document utilization and outcomes.
