Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association and licensed in Florida.
• Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct PT assessments, diagnostic tests, and skilled procedures for residents.
• Develop and implement plans of care and ongoing evaluation.
• Provide guidance and supervision to PT assistants as directed.
• Promote safety and quality improvement within the unit.
