Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from CAPTE/APTA-accredited program.
• Valid state Physical Therapy license and Basic Life Support certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients and develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement comprehensive therapy programs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and engage with patients and families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes with evidence-based practices.
