Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (preferably APTA or CAPTE-approved).
• Active state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support certification by the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with proficiency in word processing and computer applications.
• A commitment to building positive relationships with patients and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions for patients with various conditions, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related issues.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to optimize treatment outcomes and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the rehabilitation process.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic care in person, ensuring alignment with the physician's plan of care.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers about rehabilitation processes, exercises, and home care techniques to enhance recovery.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment adjustments.
• Meet established minimum utilization goals, while ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.
