Job summary

Cardio Care Therapy Solution is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This full-time, onsite position focuses on developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires an active Florida PT license and a degree in Physical Therapy.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State license as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of patient and facility information in line with HIPAA.
• Accurately manage patient billing information daily.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with rehabilitation staff.
• Review medical histories and conduct screenings prior to evaluations.
• Develop customized treatment plans addressing each patient’s goals.
• Deliver treatment plans through direct patient care and supervise aides.
