Job summary

PureHealth in Dallas, TX seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver services under supervision, in line with policies and state/federal regulations. You will assess patients, implement interventions from the treatment plan, document progress, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to support functional outcomes.

This role requires strong clinical skills, teamwork, and the ability to manage a varied caseload in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of one year therapy experience.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the assessment of customers in relation to their diagnosis.
• Provide intervention aligned to the treatment plan focused on customer health.
• Document daily charges, progress notes, and other reports.
• Monitor and modify therapeutic benefit of treatment.
• Educate customers and families per standards.
• Coordinate discharge planning with the team.
• Demonstrate competency in unit-specific clinical skills.
• Organize and adjust schedule to maintain productivity.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
• Comply with laws and Corporate Compliance and Texas Board requirements.
