Job summary

FPACP Linden LLC is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. You will evaluate patients, develop PT treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, and provide PT treatments including exercises and modalities.

You will supervise the Physical Therapy Assistant if assigned, coordinate with other clinicians, participate in care conferences, and ensure compliance with ethics and regulations while advancing patient mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current license/registration to practice Physical Therapy.
• Ability to supervise PT Assistants and coordinate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop PT treatment plans with the physician.
• Administer active and passive therapies and modalities as prescribed.
• Supervise PT Assistants when assigned.
• Coordinate PT with other clinicians and participate in care conferences.
• Maintain infection control and adhere to professional ethics and standards.
