Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy degree (DPT/MS/BS) and be licensed in the hire state.
• Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants or similar staff is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate with physicians and care teams.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop PT treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
• Provide complex active and passive therapies and use modalities as prescribed.
• Supervise PT Assistants when assigned and coordinate with other clinicians.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in activities of daily living and education on treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation, participate in care conferences, and uphold safety and infection control standards.
