Job summary

Mount Carmel Senior Living is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Mount Carmel, PA. You will provide skilled PTA services in a SNF/LTC setting under the supervision of a licensed PT, helping residents regain strength and independence.

We welcome licensed PTAs with PA license and indirect supervision experience; PRN scheduling offers flexibility and ongoing collaboration with nursing and rehab staff in a supportive, resident-focused

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Pennsylvania PTA license.
• Pennsylvania Indirect Supervision License preferred.
• SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents in improving strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the Physical Therapist.
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Net Health.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and overall quality of life.

What We’re Looking For
