Job summary

Mount Carmel Senior Living is seeking a compassionate PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Mount Carmel, PA. You will provide skilled PTA services in a SNF/LTC setting under the supervision of a licensed PT, helping residents regain strength and independence.

We welcome licensed PTAs with PA license and indirect supervision experience; PRN scheduling offers flexibility and ongoing collaboration with nursing and rehab staff in a supportive, resident-focused

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current Pennsylvania PTA license.
Pennsylvania Indirect Supervision License preferred.
SNF/LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist residents in improving strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the Physical Therapist.
Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Net Health.
Promote resident safety, comfort, and overall quality of life.
