Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our Anaheim team at 3400 W. Ball rd. #104. You will perform venipuncture and collect specimens for various tests while ensuring accurate data entry and top-notch patient service.

The role requires a California Phlebotomy license (CPT), a high school diploma, and at least 1 month of phlebotomy experience. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; travel to additional Labcorp sites may be required.

Qualifications

• California state-issued Phlebotomy license (CPT) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 month or more of experience as phlebotomist.
• Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collecting payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
