Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 3400 W. Ball Rd., Anaheim, CA. The role involves collecting blood samples from patients of all ages, maintaining accurate logs, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Requirements include a California Phlebotomy license (CPT), a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1+ month of phlebotomy experience. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus; overtime may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT) is required.
• 1 month or more of experience as phlebotomist.

Responsabilidades

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
• Process billing information and collecting payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
