Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists and ensure compliant, efficient pharmacy operations. You will serve as the primary contact with referral sources, physician offices, and patients/caregivers.

The role emphasizes processing referrals, maintaining accurate demographics, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely, profitable orders.

Formación

• Utah licensed pharmacy technician required.
• Experience with third-party claims processing.
• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and documentation.
• Active Utah license in good standing; National Certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-department environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process new referrals completely and accurately.
• Create efficient workflow with pharmacist; ensure orders are timely.
• Communicate professionally with referral sources and patients.
• Verify patient demographics and pharmacy coverage.
• Call patients before due date; verify renewals and copay details.
• Maintain accurate patient notes in the database.
• Identify clinical issues for pharmacist consultation.
• Answer hi-volume inbound calls; outbound calls as needed.
