A well-established independent insurance agency embedded in a successful automotive dealership in Southern California is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent. In this full-time role, you will engage directly with customers at the point of sale to assess their insurance needs and sell home and auto products. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin is required, along with an active California Property and Casualty License. The position offers an uncapped commission structure and benefits including medical and dental insurance.

Qualifications

Are you a bilingual P&C agent looking for a role that puts you in front of warm, ready-to-buy customers every single day? Our client, a well-established independent insurance agency embedded inside one of the most successful automotive dealerships in Southern California, is hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent to join their growing team.

This is not a cold calling role. You will be working directly with customers at the point of sale inside a high-traffic dealership environment, helping them protect their vehicles, homes, and assets through a trusted network of carrier partners.

What We Are Looking For

The Details

• Schedule: Five days per week including Saturdays, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
