Base salary $50,000–$60,000 with total compensation $70,000–$100,000+ depending on licenses, experience, and performance. In-office role with weekday hours and potential for growth within the agency.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.

• 1+ years of P&C sales experience preferred.

Compensation:

Property & Casualty Insurance License - Required

1+ years of P&C insurance sales experience - Preferred

Reliable, self owned, transportation - Required

Must be organized, able to multitask, and efficient

Must be self-motivated, reliable and have a positive attitude
