A well-established independent insurance agency embedded in a successful automotive dealership in Southern California is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent. In this full-time role, you will engage directly with customers at the point of sale to assess their insurance needs and sell home and auto products. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin is required, along with an active California Property and Casualty License. The position offers an uncapped commission structure and benefits including medical and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have active California Property and Casualty License.
• Minimum 4 years of insurance sales experience.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Meet with dealership customers to assess their insurance needs.
• Recommend and sell home, auto, and personal lines products.
• Build relationships with referral contacts to generate new business.
• Provide exceptional service throughout the client experience.
• Collaborate with dealership colleagues to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Follow up with clients and prospects to drive retention and growth.
